ADDITIONAL NOTES – Foundation Chain and Tension
For the foundation chain, either use a hook size larger or chain very loosely. If after the 2nd row, you notice that your work is forming into a rainbow shape, check to make sure your foundation chain is not too tight. Consistent tension is also very important. If you still experience curling, lay your work out and make sure it’s straight. If it is straight, then the curling will work itself out as the blanket gets longer. If not, then adjust your try to adjust your tension to correct this.
