The Sweetheart Infinity Scarf was made using 1 skein of Lion Brand Basic Stitch Anti-Pilling yarn, but you can use any worsted weight #4 yarn to make this pattern.
Approx. 6″ wide / 71″ circumference
4″ = 7 sc,hdc stitches and 10 rows
185-200 yds of worsted weight #4 yarn
5.5 mm crochet hook
Stitch Markers (optional)
Abbreviations (US Terms):
ch = chain
sc = single crochet
slp st(s) = slip stitch(es)
st(s) = stitch(es)
Ch. 25 (or any even number +1)
Row 1: Sc in each st across. Ch. 1, turn. (24 sts.)
Row 2: *Skip 1 st, 1 sc and 1 dc in the next st,* repeat from * to * ending in the last st with a sc and dc., ch 1, turn.
Row 3: Repeat step 2 until desired length (for this scarf, I did 177 rows.
Slip stitch the ends together (or you can use whichever joining method you prefer).
Weave in your ends and enjoy :).

When you only chain 25, how can you have 34 stitches at the end of Row 1???
Hello, it should be 24 stitches. It’s been corrected – thanks for bringing it to my attention.
